Automated thermography installation that consists of:
- a heat source (lamp, flash)
- a system for positioning and moving parts
- one or more thermographic cameras
- a data analysis system – for this, Testia benefits from its own developments made in image analysis (ultrasound, visual, radio and thermo).
Advantages:
- Rotation of the part via a turntable
- Automated analysis of the acquired data with our software NDTkit IRT
