With its recent update, Testia’s powerful ThicknessTool is capable of high-speed measurements down to 0.6 mm. This update has now been referenced by Airbus in the February 2022 revision of NTM 51-10-04 B.
Hence, customers are able to benefit from the full capabilities of the ThicknessTool on the entire A320 aircraft: Thickness measurement from 20 mm down to 0.6 mm on both aluminium fuselage and wings.
